Our next After Dark journey takes us to the great country of Spain, home to so much variety and flavor! Think beyond Cava and Rioja- we’ll explore vermouth, sherry, lesser-known regional specialties, pairing delicious tapas with classic Spanish flavors.

We’ve curated SIX incredible examples of Spanish wines and aperitifs, and we’ll bring a few of our favorite tapas to share. You bring your favorite tapas dish and a friend, and prepare for a delicious adventure!
