ORIGIN: Washington, Yakima Valley Varietal: Roussanne Other: Fermented in neutral French puncheons with native yeasts. No malolactic fermentation. Batonnage was a mix of weekly and bi-weekly stirring to build texture & length. Aged for 5 months sur lees.
